City of Augusta Bond Schedule
The Judge who presides over Municipal Court sets the City of Augusta bond schedule. The bonds are updated and reviewed regularly to ensure they fall within Kansas State
Statute regulations.
The basic structure of the City of Augusta bond schedule is as follows:

Class "A" Violations $750.00 per count

Class "B" Violations $500.00 per count

Class "C" Violations $250.00 per count

All Unclassified Misdemeanor Violations have $250.00 bond per count.

Bonds for local warrants are set on a case by case basis by the Municipal Court Judge.

All felony counts are charged through Butler County District Court. All bonds for felony charges will be set through the Butler County Jail or the District Court.
