Honor Guard

The Augusta Department of Public Safety (ADPS) Honor Guard is comprised of a handful of officers who attend events such as law enforcement funerals, flag ceremonies, etc. The Honor Guard responds to any request for their presence and trains regularly to be sure that the group looks very professional.

The Honor Guard assists with folding the United States Flag and presenting it, presenting other flags at ceremonies, and simply being present to support other Honor Guard units.

The Augusta Department of Public Safety is one of only two established Honor Guards within Butler County.

Current members of the ADPS Honor Guard include:

Captain Bruce Relph (Special Services Division)
Sgt. Mike Stueven (Special Services Division)
Sgt. Tim Follis (Fire Division)
Sgt. Chad McCluskey (Patrol Division)
Sgt. Jeremy Johnston (Patrol Division)
Sgt. Chris Scheuber (Patrol Division)
SRO Andy Hall (Special Services Division)
Officer Tom Gresham (Patrol Division)
