Captain Bruce A. Relph heads the Special Services Division. This division is composed of the following:

* Information Technology and Crime Analysis

* Special Emergency Response Team

* Critical Incident Negotiation Team

* Community Relations Unit including the School Resource Officers and D.A.R.E. Instructor

* Criminal Investigations
